Christmas at the beach

Christmas day we got up, packed the car and headed to the coast. I had cooked a few days before as did Mom, and took enough food for a small army! We also thought we'd be the ONLY folks at the beach...WRONG!! It was quite crowded! Here are a few pictures...plus the slideshow to the side. Hope you all had a very merry Christmas!

On Saturday before we left town we met Judi and Katie for lunch and some shopping. It was very nice to see them! Hopefully soon we can all get together!

It's almost Santa time!!!!

Can you believe it's almost Christmas???? Where has the year gone? Hope this finds everyone healthy and happy...and somewhat financially sound...don't know about you guys...but my retirement AND the boys 529 has taken a pretty hard hit!

Anyway, here is an updated pic of Kyler....I'll try and get updated pictures of the boys as well.

It's almost HALLOWEEN!!!

Grandma took a day trip with Eric, Denise and Kyler to buy winesap apples..YUMMMM. They seemed to get into a little more trouble along the way!!!

Jack, Joyce and Max came for a day and Joyce and Kyler got to spend the day together!! ( I , of course, missed out on the fun!) They had BIG fun !!! I'll bet SHE would not have taken away his icecream!!!
The last time I believe I saw Jack and Joyce was at Carolyn's wedding (Fall of 1988??) LONG time ago!!
Needless to say, we all need to get together much more often than every 20 years!!
I am certain I was around 13 or 14 when Jack and Joyce got married and I do remember spending alot of time at the lake with them.
Whether you know this or not Joyce...you are probably the MAIN reason I am a NICU nurse. You once brought me a brochure about preemies....look where I am today...and LOVING it!! THANKS!! :)

Oh now....Kyler can have icecream...and Grandma spoils him...(imagine that!!) allows him to eat...(oh what FUN!) then she TAKES IT AWAY!!!! hehehe

I am sure he had a blast with his icecream cone, although I didn't get to see it. :(

As Kyler approaches 9 months of age (OMG) Denise has an angiogram to assess the stent and look at other arteries affected by the FMD. God is GOOD!! Her condition is GREATLY improved!!! MIRACLES!!!!!!

The Eighth Month

Kyler is 8 months old!!!! And Grandma has flipped OUT!!!
